He's a Keeper!

One of the things that I have wanted since moving into this little house was an area to do sewing. I thought we would set up something in the guest room. DH installed a desk in there and has been using that room for his office and computer repair station. (btw... he got his old computer repaired and up and running after over 2 weeks of working on it! He will soon be adding a network hub so he can transfer all of his work files on that computer. I have no idea what that means.)

Anyway... on Sunday, I thought he was working on his computer stuff while I worked on my post. I heard noise, but I thought he was just going through some of his boxes of stuff. (We each are trying to pare stuff down, condense what we are keeping, and hopefully moving it to the basement.) He called me into the guest room to go through a box of first aid supplies... and on the way in, I noticed something had been moved.

He set up a sewing area for me in our bedroom. He pulled my tea cart from off the porch area, set my sewing machine up on it, and added a swing-arm floor lamp and his desk chair. He's amazing and I hope to finally get a little busy in there in the next couple of days. I have projects that I need to get done... and I didn't want to set up the machine on the dining room table and have it scratch the table top. I want to add a couple of shelves and some other little things to that area to help me feel creative. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful man!

Thanks for reading, and be blessed!
